4 tsp. butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

- This recipe is in Mary’s Family Favorites and was submitted by John Jr. and Ruth Miller.
- I didn’t turn my stove top on until after I had added the butter, milk, corn syrup and salt.
- I did pour the heated mixture into a bowl and placed in the refrigerator to cool down faster.
- I definitely used AT LEAST double the powdered sugar it asks for, just to reach the consistency I wanted for frosting. I probably could have used another cup, but my hand was tired from stirring. 😉
