Easy and Quick Crust-less Quiche


So normally I make my Quiche in a pie pan and use a crust as well, but yesterday I decided I wanted to try it using a Pampered Chef Brownie pan…best decision ever! I didn’t use a crust either and I am so happy I didn’t! For one – less carbs, so lower calories, and two – less time needed! Overall, a definite win!

Crust-less Quiché:


Cooked meat of your choice (or no meat – I used ham), cut into small pieces

Veggies of your choosing (or not, again, all in your preference)


Whisk 7 eggs together. Mix in about 1/4 cup milk. Add seasonings of your choice (I used some pepper and that was it).

Mix in meat, veggies or anything else you want in the Quiche.

Pour into the Brownie pan (you could use a muffin pan or even mini-muffin pan, but adjust the bake time accordingly).

If desired, sprinkle some cheese on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes.

VOILA! Yummy Quiche that was easy to make (almost effortless, honestly) but full of flavor!
