1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp sugar
Mix all ingredients (soften butter, do NOT melt the butter!), by hand, together in a bowl. This is not a crust you will roll out – you will need to use your hands to mix it and press into the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes.
* This pie crust is great for fruit pies, butterscotch pie or any pie where you don’t bake the pie after you put the filling in. My mom gave me this recipe and said it’s one her mom used. She’s not sure where the recipe originated from, but it’s been used in her family for years and years. 🙂
